Job Description:

As a Project Manager at Northtech, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end project lifecycle of steel detailing assignments. You will work closely with clients, internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects within established timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet project goals and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
  • Coordinate with in-house detailing teams to ensure accuracy, quality and adherence to industry standards.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings, provide progress reports, and address any issues or challenges that arise.
  • Manage project budgets and costs effectively.
  • Implement and maintain project management tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in steel detailing or construction-related projects.
  • Strong organizational, leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and problem-solve effectively in a fast-paced environment.
